Shipping & Refund

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

When will my order arrive?

Delivery estimates by region:

European Union: 2–9 business days
Switzerland: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or courier delays.
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs processing may affect delivery times.

If we foresee a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
You may cancel your order before dispatch.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to:
Countries within the European Union
Switzerland

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

This allows you to follow your order at every stage.

What is your 30-day return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lampdesign.shop with your order number.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Where is my refund?

Refunds are processed 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

My order has arrived, but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

If the item is damaged or faulty:

→ Send photos and your order number to hello@lampdesign.shop.

If you simply changed your mind:

→ You may return the item within 30 days under our return policy.

How long does a return take?

Return transit time depends on the carrier.

Once received, we process refunds within 3 business days, but your payment provider may take up to 10 business days to release the funds.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it ships.

Email: hello@lampdesign.shop with your order number.

Where is my order confirmation?

It is sent automatically to your email after checkout.

Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

If you haven’t received anything after 24 hours, contact us.

Products

Below are some common questions about our products

Are your lamps cordless?

We offer both cordless (portable) and corded lamps.

Cordless lamps are battery-powered and designed for flexible use.

Corded lamps include a European-style power cable.

How long is the light cable?

Our cables are 1.5–2 meters long and include a switch.

Can I replace the light bulb?

Yes. You can replace the bulb, but only use LED bulbs.

Other bulb types generate heat that may damage the product.

Can I use a smart bulb?

Yes, our lamps can be used with smart LED bulbs.

Leave the lamp’s switch turned on and control the bulb via the app.

What are Blemishes?

Blemishes are small cosmetic imperfections that may occur during 3D printing (such as faint lines or marks).

They do not affect durability or function.

Blemish items are discounted by 40% or more.

All blemish sales are final — no returns or exchanges.

Every blemished product is inspected to ensure the imperfections are cosmetic only.

How are your products made?

We produce our lamps using advanced 3D printing technology combined with our own automated systems.

This allows:


  • On-demand production

  • Minimal waste

  • Lower energy use

  • Higher customization
What materials do you use?

All 3D-printed components are made from PLA, a plant-based bioplastic derived from corn and sugar beets.

It's biodegradable and more eco-friendly than traditional plastics.

What is Lampdesign.shop doing to be more sustainable?

We focus on reducing our environmental impact by:


  • Using low-energy 3D printing

  • Avoiding plastic in packaging

  • Minimizing packaging size

  • Offering a recycling program for used products

How can I recycle your products responsibly?

Our lamps are designed for easy disassembly.

PLA may not be accepted in curbside recycling, so we offer our own take-back program:

Send us your damaged or non-functional Lampdesign items and receive €5 store credit per item.
